Django 1.11 < 1.11.22, 2.1 < 2.1.10, and 2.2 < 2.2.3 contain an issue where HTTP requests are not redirected to HTTPS when SECURE_PROXY_SSL_HEADER and SECURE_SSL_REDIRECT are used with an HTTPS proxy, causing HttpRequest.scheme to behave incorrectly for HTTP clients.
