PHP versions 7.2.x below 7.2.28, 7.3.x below 7.3.15, and 7.4.x below 7.4.3 contain a null pointer dereference caused by cleanup of non-existent upload progress data when file upload fails with session.upload_progress.cleanup set to 0, letting attackers cause crashes, exploit requires enabling upload progress tracking with cleanup disabled and upload failure.
