Envoy versions prior to 1.26.3, 1.25.8, 1.24.9, 1.23.11 contain a memory leak caused by improper cleanup after receiving RST_STREAM and GOAWAY frames, letting attackers cause denial of service through memory exhaustion, exploit requires sending specific frame sequences.
