Envoy versions prior to 1.29.3, 1.28.2, 1.27.4, and 1.26.8 contain a denial of service caused by CPU exhaustion due to flood of CONTINUATION frames in HTTP/2 protocol, letting attackers cause high CPU utilization, exploit requires sending unlimited CONTINUATION frames without END_HEADERS bit.
