PHP 8.1.* before 8.1.28, 8.2.* before 8.2.18, 8.3.* before 8.3.5 contain a password verification flaw caused by handling null bytes in password_hash(), letting password_verify() incorrectly authenticate blank strings, exploit requires attacker to control password hash.
