Envoy versions prior to 1.34.1, 1.33.3, 1.32.6, and 1.31.8 contain a URI template matching issue caused by incorrect exclusion of the `*` character, letting attackers bypass RBAC rules when using `uri_template` permissions, exploit requires configuration with `uri_template` permissions.
