Envoy <= 1.33.12, 1.34.10, 1.35.6, 1.36.2 contains a denial of service caused by a re-entry bug in JwksFetcherImpl during remote JWKS fetching with multiple JWT tokens and allow_missing_or_failed enabled, letting attackers cause crashes, exploit requires multiple JWT tokens and JWKS fetch failure.
